Depends upon the experiment. Some bacterial and germ cultures require a lot of time to fester & grow. Maybe we're something like that.

Allah (or God) has put the rules that if Mankind followed, they would be very happy and live in peace and every thing would be ok, but man didn't do so, and so Allah let us see the consequences of not obeying His wise rules, otherwise we would say that although we disobeyed Him, nothing bad happened, and hence there's no such God, isn't it?
And by the way, I'm Muslim not a christian.

Many people will beg to differ, God is very involved the world today, is actively answering prayers, giving revelation, and extending His tender mercies on a daily basis.
But to answer the first question, I'm not that good, I'd probably forget about it, like I tried growing a little garden this year, yeah, I totally neglected it, and it died.

He is still here. I talked to Him just a little while ago. I am just learning how to listen to Him- you know how us kids are- we always think we are smarter than our parents, or that they won't find out, or they don't understand, or you know... childish stuff like, "my dad is bigger than your dad."
I have let peer pressure and other stuff mess up a lot. My Father said He would take care of it. He was upset but most gracious and merciful.
He told me to tell you to just listen and you will hear Him. " Ask and you shall receive."
Peace to you and may God's Hands be upon you.
And His Grace and Mercy and Blessings cover you

You think that God hasn't been around for a while? You need to pay better attention.

I don't think He is a bad dad, actually he is the best dad...maybe it's just that you haven't try to be a good son. And be the way, he is always around, that's why He is called omnipresent

You seem a little confused - are we His science experiment or His children?
God's right here. He wants me to tell you He loves you.

Just because you have avoided God, does not mean that he is not around, I feel him with us every day.
Peace!
