Get a support order from the Court and most states anymore require his employer to take it from his paycheck and submit it to the County Clerk, who sends it on to you. That will eliminate your need to ask for something which you are entitled to by law.

As for the lying, it is up to you if you want to remain in a personal relationship with someone you cannot trust.

Regardless of that, he is still the child's father and it is best to encourage a relationship betweent the child and he father; just because you don't have a good personal relationship with the father does not mean the child will not, as it is a different role.

If he makes promises to the child and consistently breaks them, then it would be best to find a good male role model (doesn't have to be a boyfriend, could be any male relative or friend that has good values) and eliminate him from your life entirely, except of the child support payments. If he doesn't make the payments, then he can be put in jail for non-support of dependent.

baby father, ha that is funny, my baby father, ha does anyone else not see the humor in this.

2 words - MOVE ON. Come on honey, get some courage and leave him behind. It will help you out and help your kid. Would you just stand there and let someone keep punching you in the mouth, over and over, of course not. So why take the mental abuse. It is just as bad or even worse as physical abuse. Take him to court for the money. And please, please DO NOT try and defend him. He is NOT a man!!!, Not even close. He is an ****** and you need to start treating him like one.

I would make sure that I knew his Social Security number to track him if necessary and kick him to the curb with the understanding that until he can improve his parenting skills, you will be forced to keep him from the child.

Dump the guy and find someone that wants u and the baby. No sense of u and the baby staying around and getting hurt later. Find someone that loves u and is willing to care.

take him to court and get court ordered child support and limited visitation. if he defaults on his court ordered child support all you do is report him and a warrant will be issued for his arrest.
and don't believe him or depend on him when he tells you something.

I would have him arrested for no paying you child support & I would try to set sole custody of the child. Don't let this loser do this to your child!!!
