Well it depends on how big she is. If she is around the 200 pounds area then she could lose that weight and not have flabby skin. But it's really about your skin, sometimes it'll bounce back into place and be tight or it won't and it'll hang loose and flabby.

Sure, as long as she is doing exercise and losing the weight the correct way. If she tries diet pills and losing too quickly, there can be a little flabby skin, exercise tightens the skin.
