I've seen commercial software for this, and I've seen free ones. If you know of any software that scans your system, and allows updating of the software (drivers included) on the system, let me know. Thanks.

Bad idea. If you are going to install an update on a program, you need to go to the manufacturer's site and read about the update to make sure it is compatible and not a beta version. So, you don't want a 3rd party program controlling all the updates for everything on your computer. The only exception is Windows automatic updates, which knows best what your system needs, because Microsoft is analyzing your system with it. This is only for windows, not for your drivers or software programs.

dont be lazy! go to the manufacturer web site an upgrade your software. if that programm works as i think, it would install a supervisor and a server on the memory. it will cost you processor and memmory.
