That depends on the year and model of the A. There a book titled "Model A Ford Paint and Finish Guide". It contains the colors and paint schemes and paint chips for the different years and models. This book can be obtained from any Mod. A supplier such as Snyder's, Macs or Brattons.

These guys are wrong that was the model -T that came in one color. the model -A came in white,black,red,yellow,green,gray,blue and two-tone. I don't know if these are all the colors or if there were different tones but the colors mentioned are factual. I don't know why this thing is editing out G-R-E-Y

Black only from the Ford factory other colors were not an option until later.
