It sounds to me like you are continuously getting bitten.

Maybe the spider's bite is one of those that requires a doctor's care...like a brown recluse or any of several poisonous varieties. If you Know you are not being re-bitten; it is time for a professional to have a look.
My brother was bitten by some spider in Texas; he had to have the wound debraded and he was on antibiotics for months. Note: he went within days of being bitten...

Sounds like a brown recluse. You must see a physician for this. You could have necrosis (death) of the skin in that area. It must be treated with antibiotics.
