Im a Christian but you really shouldnt assume that just because someone has chosen a different faith that there brain washed. I dont appreciate it when someone says Ive been brainwashed because I have chosen to be Christian I am sure that athiest and muslims done care for it either. If you were a true Christian you wouldnt have made the statement to begin with.

What's wrong with being a Muslim or Atheist? I could just as easily call you a brainwashed Christian, but I think I'll be the better man here.

I'm not brainwashed, I never knew of other athiests until I was around 14, I developed my own beliefs and ideas around 12. I doubted the existence of god since I was around the ages of 7-8. No one ever told me that god didn't exist while I was a child. My mom is an athiest, but she never said there was no god. Me and my brothers went to catholic schools, and we would ask my mom god questions, she answered as if she believed in god.

I'm one and there are millions more. In fact there are several wannabe's that have already answered your question that call themselves something else rather than Christian. Otherwise they would have passed on answering your question. It happens all the time.
