first offense...it's usually just a fine. my friend paid a $100 fine.

If your license has been suspended or revoked in any state and you drive in Mass, it is a criminal offense, you can serve jail time, have an additional suspension for up to a year, and pay $500 in fines. Plus $100 to reinstate your license when the time comes.
