You have bigger problems than lack of a credit card. Suppose that you did get a credit card -- how would you pay it off each month? And, the FIRST rule on credit cards is that you ALWAYS pay them off in full every month, without fail -- otherwise, the finance charges will eat you alive.

You cannot obtain a credit card in the U.S. if you are not a citizen and resident of the U.S. That is the policy of most banks and it may be a federal banking law as well.

Move to America, get a job, get a bank account, save up some money for about 5 years, then try again.
