Nurses, radiology technicians, respiratory therapists, occupational therpaists, physical therapists, dieticians, or speech pathologists?

I would think it would be respiratory therapists. Since pneumonia is one of the more common nosocomial infections, and RTs are working with nearly all of the critically ill patients who are therefore immunosuppressed already, they probably would be more likely to spread nosocomials.

I have to go with "none of the above". In most hospital systems the Nurses Aids (LNA's, CNA's) are the ones in the trenches; the ones in constant contact with the patient. They'd have the most opportunity to spread infection.

Nosocomial infection is an infection that refers to hospital-acquired. Anyone staying in the ICU for an extended period of time or anyone staying in the hospital for an extended period of time can develop this infection. My answer is The Hospital.

None of the above. I think you'll find it's doctors. If it's gotta be one from your list I choose................respiratory therapist.
