i have very thick hair and it is straight i like it sometimes but i want it curly for the first day of school...

Go to ulta and get a professinol hair curler and then curl ur hair the morning of school!

Why would you want to do that???? I would kill to have straight hair...have you ever thought to have it permed??? Or maybe invest in one of the new hair curling irons that are able to do all different kinds of curly hair styles. Something to look into, but if your hair is as thick as you make it sound...it might need mousse or gel or both. Good luck girlfriend with your hair and first day of school.

Hot rollers work best on straight hair - using a curling iron looks good if you use the big barrel, those little tiny curls are so five years ago.

Well i dont know if this would help but what i do is take some hair gel (not a handful) and rub it in ur hair like u are trying to warm ur hands. hope it helps!

Curling iron, hot rollers, rollers that go into your wet hair and then will curl it when you dry it with a hair dryer or get a big curl, spiral perm.

get some layers cut into it and put moose on it and then scrunch your hair or use some goood hair tongs
