I'd squeeze it and get rid of it, then use some foundation to cover it up. Thankfully this has never happened to me though!

Of course. That's what blind dates are for. Finding someone who will like you even if you bring along a pulsating sore. To be polite, I would name the sore something like Susan. Than I'd go on the blind date and be like ...

"Hi. I'm Red. I hope this is OK but I had to bring Susan with me. She is kind of attached to me and she doesn't talk much. She'll just tag along doing her own thing. Yes, Susan will have the clam chowder, thank you."

Absolutely, that's why you're going out with a blind person, isn't it? So they won't see your gigantic, infected, weeping zit? Take advantage of their disability, just don't let them touch your face, tell them you don't do that on a first date... And make sure they don't have a friend with them to shriek in horror at your grotesque lesion. That's all the advice I have, just thank your lucky stars your date is blind.

ok, first of all, I doubt it is pulsating. But if you got a zit, why not? Who cares? The dude probably gets them too.

Pop it and use make up to cover it, then go out on the date.
