Thats peoples opinion. What do you mean best dog, best dog in what?, different types of dogs have different talents so therefore are best at differents things? You mean best dog as a pet?

The world's best dog ha!!!! I think its the "Rottweiler" according to recent study this dog is friendly and also a very good watch dog.So it has the features of a lab and an alsatian built in. Since i have a golden retriever i think its the second best !!!!!!

BOXERS-mine is super smart...

She was housebroken the first time she went to pee in my kitchen..I said "NO" and she never did it again...she rocks........ I had a problem when I got my Eng.bulldog he wet the floor till he was like 6 mo. old.

When I got my bulldog my boxer then found her bark and would bark whenever my bulldog did...so I got some bark collars and my (so cute but not too smart) bulldog just would keep barking and jump and roll around on ground and KEEP barking (had to take it off poor boy). My boxer she got shocked once and knew exactly what was up....she never barks with it on but when it's off she knows it's o.k. to bark.

I love both my dogs but by far I would recommend the boxer. Especially if it's your first. The boxer is playful yet not too active. Mine will play and then crash...she's so adorable. The boxer has a smooth coat so no big deal if you don't want to brush them. And they are very clean, minimal shedding and no funky grooming needs. Just wash 'em every now and then. They are good with kids. I like them because they "look" fierce to strangers so I feel a little safer.

myself i have a pit bull and an American Eskimo. both of them are AMAZING animals with the Pitt don't get an older one cuz you won't know how the previous owner treated it. people say pitts are bad with children but i highly disagree. I have a two year old and she can do whatever she wants to that dog and the dog will just take it. now my American Eskimo it the most gentle dog i have ever owned. i also have a rotty but shes a dumb dog.. so i wouldn't recomened them. hope this helps the only thing i can tell u for sure is get a puppy i know its a pain to train them but its worth it when they get older.

i think its saint bernard, for the size is just too cool and the breed is not ferocious either, such a huge and smart dog you can be friends with, and the most amazing part is its ability to understand no matter they are a bit naughty, you would have no doubts if i tell that it has been voted as the best rescue dog,

American Eskimo. Mine is 5 1/2 months now, she is so smart.
The shedding isn't bad at all. Not a yappy dog either. Not too big, not too small.
Good in winter.
Their coat pretty much cleans itself, as long as you brush it every 1or 2 days.
They use this type of dog in the circus.

What exactly do you mean? All breeds of dogs have something that they are best at and something they are worst at. There is no perfect dog, just like humans (unfortunately)

My favorite is the American Pitbull Terrier

It depends on the dog, not the breed. It's very much a personal opinion.
