For me it is a continuous thing.... You know.. I thank Him when I find a parking spot? I thank Him when the light turns green when I am driving. I thank Him for allowing me to merge in traffic. I thank Him for letting the mosquito keep buzzing long enough for me to hit it before it stings me. I thank Him for being who He is. I thank Him for my eyelashes which keep the dust out of my eye. It is funny because I find an opportunity to thank Him at all times. Like now, I am thanking Him for allowing me to be in my right mind to answer the question and for the ability to type and for the ability to read and reason. A little later I will thank Him for allowing this to be posted and so on and so on.....

Every moment of my life! And my life becomes happier every moment I thank Him! If I would think that all things that happen to me would happen anyway, I wouldn´t become so happy. I would take everything for granted! Try doing this and see what happens to you!
