Ive been inviting this girl out last few weeks, but she was busy both times, she stills comes up to talk to me, so i dont think she dislikes me
She used to have a bf (may still), and i was thinking of inviting her out again with a few mates of mine (so its not like a date)
Im planning on asking "hey what you doing on sunday wanna come out? (what ever her answer id say), i woulda invited ya out, jus us 2, but im sure ya boyfriend would kill me. (if answer was no then say) You still wanna catch up outside of uni sometime? when are you free, cos im easy anytime"
from her response ill know about a bf, and also if she wants to do solo or group stuff, if anything at all, but im confident she does wanna meet up, cos she invited me out like 4 times about 4 months ago, but i was always at work at time.
Good idea?

If you're interested in her, ask again. If you ask for Saturday night and she says I'm busy blah blah, ask what about Friday night instead? If she says she's busy then too, ask her flat out if she would like to go out with you, and if she says yes, ask her when. At least that way you'd know where you stood with her.

Why can't you just be blunt with her? Just ask her, "Do you have a boyfriend? Do you wanna go out with me sometime if you don't?" or "How do you feel about me?" Just be blunt with the girl. Don't beat around the bush. Girls don't really like that to much. Think of it this way, you want a straight answer right? So give her a straight question! If you really want to find out about this girl, take the time to ask questions. Good luck!!

yeah, thats pretty good cuz u have it all planned out. im sure she'll like a man wit a plan, lol. i think its a great idea. go for it and c wat happens, i doubt she says no. if she does i wouldnt blame her cuz she's taken babe, but try ur best and dont overdue it, women hate that. i know i do!!
