I have 2 profiles in Microsoft Office Outlook - one for work and one for personal.

How can I (if it's possible) have both profiles open at the same time so I know when I receive emails and can send from either one?

I don't want to have to keep closing Outlook everytime I want the other email.

Tools
--> Options
--> Mail Setup
--> E-mail Accounts
--> Under the E-mail section click on the "Add New..." option (then hit Next)
--> POP3 (then hit Next)
--> Fill out the info and hit Next

That should do the trick.

as far as I know you can receive mail from all your profiles by just checking a box in the profile settings. As far as sending whatever profile that you have set as default is the one it will use to send. maybe you can set one profile up in outlook and one up in outlook express then you could have them both open at the same time and receive and be able to send how you want to
