It's an avian adventure cage, not cheap, but something is wrong with the castors that they keep coming out. Actually only one or two do, the others are fine. Any ideas on how I could make them stay in?

a good glue will do it, or a couple of screws and if all else fails, duct tape.

Try going to the website of the brand, maybe they have suggestions, did it come with a warranty? Or maybe is there a label for customer service.

Wrap some tape around the stems. Duct tape or electrical tape.

there are more then likely plastic insert that the wheels snap into. they are more then likely wore out. try going online and ordering new inserts.
