use root boost mousse while hair is still wet after washing with volumizing shampoo/conditioner
blow dry head upside down
rub hair paste into crown

Go to a hair salon and have them put layers in the top of your head. A stylist can use a pair of razor scissors and cut layers and then when you use that is a combination with volume building shampoo and conditioner, you should get some good height.
