I used to have. I am prone to heat and I break out everytime the sun shines for more than a couple of hours.

No, not all men have hairy bottoms with spots. Some men have hairy spots on their bottom.

to answer your question, not all men. I think it depends on their genes and their nationality. I notices that mediterranean men and some carribean men can be hairy in their backs, arms and legs, so much that look like wolves... hee hee. i don't know... LOL. That's too slippery for me. Imagine, you'll wake up thinking you are sleeping with a bear or something, and lets not mention is you go "south" and find you are in the jungle... LOL.
Maybe that's the type of men you like... but from experience, very few man have hair in that part of the jungle. Let not say that women also have but we have the option of waxing (brazilian wax).

the hairy bottoms.. I think a lot of men have those. the spots I'm a little worried about... what do they look like up close? like pimples or like a rash? he could be having an allergic reaction to his underwear detergent or something like that... please take a picture and post on the internet :-)

Spots? Are they herpetic sores? Some other healed lesions from an old STD infection? Do your men perhaps swing both ways and have perianal infections?

yes almost every one are hairy, and some of them are spots, but most of men take off their hair by shave like me. hahahahah

lol all the men i've known... yes! my current bf has no hair on his chest but an abundance on his behind. lol its just a hairy guy butt thing....
