Start with whey protein powder you can get from a health food store. Very high in protein and it takes like a milk shake. Just take one scoop and add water. You get about 15-20 grams of protein. I think that is more than 3 or 4 eggs. Then eat a couple of Kashi TLC bars. I like the Honey Almond Flax. You'll be full and have plenty of protein in a jiffy!

Here is what I do:

5 ounces (about 1 cup) frozen berries
6 ounces (3/4 cup) cottage cheese
water

(1) Thaw the berries for 30 sec (time may vary) in microwave
(2) combine berries, cottage cheese, and water in a blender and blend till smooth.

I use just enough water so the stuff mixes well. The cottage cheese give protein, and the berries give carbs. I have one of these and don't get hungry for 3-4 hours.

It took a little expeimenting with the microwave time and amount of water, but now I can make it consistently in about 5 minutes.

You might try making oatmeal in the microwave and tossing in some raisins and nuts, and using milk or protein powder in it. Also, cottage cheese with fruit mixed in is an excellent protein source. A PBJ or PB with Banana&Honey is a good on the go thing. If you like, make a smoothie with yogurt and fruit and toss in some protein powder!
happy breakfasts!

Scrambled eggs with cheese and ham are an excellent source of protein.

Personally, I love Lee Labrada's Wild Strawberry Low-Carb Protein Shakes. I use skim milk. They are delicious.

I have been watching my diet for a long time and tried various breakfasts. The most filling has been porridge/ready brek, you will get your protein from the milk you use. Adding fruit would make it even healthier.

In the grocery store there are packages in the frozen food section of fully cooked frozen sausage patties. They are a snap to fix cause you just have to heat them. Either by boiling(to reduce at least some of the fat), microwaving, or pan frying. Heat one of those up and toast you a couple of slices of bread and place pattie between and top with half a piece of cheese and your good to go.

How about whole wheat toast with peanut butter and a piece of fruit? The peanut butter will "stick to your ribs" and the breakfast is pretty balanced.
