Picnic Loaf:
Slice: french loaf lengthwise
Drizzle both sides with a zippy dressing, not mayo based. I use Roasted Red Pepper and Garlic by Renee's
Layer Prosciutto, roasted red peppers, basil leaves, thin sliced sweet onion, and Havarti cheese.
Drizzle more dressing
repeat layers
wrap well in plastic wrap
place sandwich in roasting pan
place a medium weight on directly on the sandwich. Phone book works well, two if you live in a small town. Couple of bricks also works
store in fridge overnight
cut into slices and wrap slices in plastic and enjoy
rest of Sandwich will last for Monday to Friday in the fridge.
You can change up the ingredients to customize it to your own tastes.
My kids love mine, they say it taste like gourmet pizza.

My favourite sandwich, which I regularly make for my wife and
children, is tuna-wrapped-in-lettuce sandwich. Here's how I
make it best and tasty:-
1. Open up a can(185gm) of white meat tuna flakes in vegetable oil and place the contents in a bowl. Then add a pinch of salt,
a dash of pepper, chopped onions and cut red chillis into the
tuna and crush/mix it thoroughly until it becomes a homogenous
mass.
2. Take 2 slices of white sandwich loaf and apply some margarine spread over it. Then place the mixed tuna into a
lettuce leaf with sliced tomatoes and fold it and place between
the 2 slices of sandwich bread to close it firmly.
Just before serving, cut the tuna sandwich diagonally into two.
Now, you can really enjoy the goodness of tuna-wrapped-in-
lettuce sandwich in your hungry mouth!

Get 2 pieces of toast, put the same amount of salsa as the amount of peanut butter on a pb sandwich. put 1 slice of montery jack-jalapeno cheese. Sprinkle on dried parsley, oregano, basil, and ground black pepper. Cook at 100 degrees F for 1 minute.

fresh granary bread with sunflower seeds in it, spread with a thin scraping of unsalted butter, then good quality mayo. Top this with some fresh baby spinach leaves, some lightly toasted pine nuts, some succulent slices of roasted chicken, some sliced roasted red peppers and season with salt and pepper. Then add some shavings of Parmesan cheese. delicious!!!!
