I use garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper pretty much daily. I use KC Masterpiece BBQ Seasoning, Oregano, Paprika, Sage, Cinnamon, Lemon Peel, Cumin, and Ground Mustard at least weekly.

I use dried sage, thyme, rosemary and garlic granules on a weekly basis.

I also use curry powder, chili powder/flakes and sometimes dried onion salt or celery salt.

I have cloves and star anise which I usually use when making mulled wine.

I love to use garlic, onion and olive oil. My brother also makes a fantastic spice blend that is excellent.

Well I am Mexican so you can probably imagine what I use. Everything must have plenty of Ajo (Garlic) and onion.
I also use garlic powder, ground cumin, black pepper whole and ground, dry oregano, pasilla powder and when I make mexican rice I blend together tomatos, onion, garlic and Knorr chicken boullion delicious.

Why do you care what spices I use. I have given this much thought and can't possibly understand why you would care what spices a stranger would use.

Cumin, chili powder, rosemary, sage, thyme, oregano, garlic, pepper, dill, nutmeg, red pepper flakes, and paprika. I use most of those on almost a daily basis.

I use garlic powder, kosher salt, and fresh cracked black pepper on an almost daily basis. I also use a generic 'Italian Seasoning' quite a lot.
