I have tried to use carpet shampoo and Tide but the brown stain is still there in light brown carpet?

Lift carpet, wring out and hang to dry, replace carpet.

Try Spot Shot, it works for me to even get blood out of my carpet, my carpet is a light cream color (linen). Good Luck

There's this stuff at your local dollar store called "Awesome". It's only $1 a bottle and it works. I was skeptical at first because it was so cheap and I thought it would cause more harm than good; but it actually worked. I use it all around my house now for cleaning.

hydrogen peroxide-50/50 its cheap it works! spray it or pour a little depending on the spot and scrub Hope this helps!
