350 degrees start at 25 minutes...check every 5 minutes until the fish is opaque..(white and not transparent)..it should be flaky and nice.

whole 350 for 20-25 minutes, check for doneness and cook for additional 5 minute increments

fillets 350 for 10-15 minutes, check for for doneness and cook for additional 5 minute increments
