If you're only going out, say to the market, keep it simple. If she's not taking a bottle anymore, get one of those no spill sippy cups and fill it most of the way with juice or water. Pack a diaper and a small pack (I use a sandwich bag to cut down on the bulk) of wipes. Take along her favorite toy and 1 extra because they tend to get bored. If she's not prone to hurling or runny diapers, you won't need any extra clothes.
2 yr olds can be trying when you're out shopping, so don't plan on being out for long. Try and get a nap in for her before you go out.

Very well then put this; keep about 3-4 diapers in there and replace them daily, wipes in those travel handy containers, a change of clothes, a couple of snacks; like Cheerios or fruit, a water bottle, a brush, some hair accessories, something to play with(like a doll), a blanket, children's Tylenol, sunscreen, a book that you can read to her when you will be somewhere for long time, and I can't think of anything else.

a change of clothes definitly diapers wipes probably a recieving blanket because changeing tables can be nasty. if she has a lot of hair like mine you will want to bring a brush. and her sippy cup.
and something small for her to play with although if shes going to be a in a shopping cart and prone to throwing things you might not want to give her that chance. if your just taking a quick trip to your local grocery store i really dont think you need to bring anything for a 2 year old.

absolutely bring extra clothes, you never know what shes going to do to the ones she has on...and snacks, diapers, wipes, a toy of some sort, and baby tylenol are also a good idea.

I don't think a Tibetian Buddhist Temple would fit into a diaper bag.

I think you would put in diapers, wipes, and some snacks and an extra pair of clothes for her.
