It could if the gel has alcohol, which can be drying. Try herbal essenses gel, it has mostly natural ingeredients.

Yea it drys your hair out use leave-in condioner with it so u have some moisture for healthier lookin hair

No. Products with alot of alcohol can be a bit drying, but nothing a little conditioner won't help

yes it does. just make sure you don't overdo it. wash your hair everytime you gel and i guess it should be fine.
