...before you spit (or spew) your lingo, more correctly. Spat is past tense... Please follow simple rules of English before chastising me.
Just FYI, some Christians (like me, for instance) don't go around spewing our religion. After all, it says in the Bible that praying on the street corner so that others will see your reighteousness is basically insincere and therefore not for God's benefit, but your own, and therefore a sin. Not that you care, just explaining why I don't try to preach all over the place. I hope you will forgive those who do, because I think they mean well, but yes, they do get annoying. Much like your 12-yr-old child vomit. Have a nice day and, do I say "child bless you" ? lmao

Dear Mr. T,
A Deist is a person who believes that there is a God, but did you also know that a true Deist, also beleives that the Son of God was true God as well. In lies the problem, if Christ came and died for our sins, and is only true God, then where is the humanity in his expression of love for us. That is why, while hanging on the Cross, Christ, God, did not come down from there as being told by those around Him. He loved us so much, he became true God and true Man and die a most horrible death for you and I and all who beleive.
So my suggestion to you is to further study what it means to be a Deist, then find that God loved us so much He came to earth and died for us, in the form of His Son.
Live life as a saint would and love God with all you heart.
See you in heaven.

P.S. We are more than floating atoms, floating atoms are all other things, we are rational, loving, caring and blessed children of God.

Deism is awesome. I was a Deist for quite some time--from when I rejected Christianity until I embraced the Nordic pantheon.

Even as a Christian (more of a Gnostic Spiritualist) I agree. I think the term for that attitude should be referred to as "churchianity." Maybe they should consider thinking about how ignorant they sound before they open their mouths. Oh, wait! These are the "sheep!" Don't sheep follow what they are told without thinking?

It does not matter what you call yourself, If you do not have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ you will spend all eternity in Hell.

Congratulations, you can count yourself as being the same religion as almost every one of the founding fathers.
