Due to a (very) full schedule this year in school, I don't have a lunch period... any suggestions for a healthy and filling snack that I could eat in the approximate 3 minutes I have between classes? The granola bars I've seen are wayy too unhealthy (with high fructose corn syrup, etc).
Any suggestions welcome.
Thanks!

If you have access to an oven and a little bit of time over a weekend, slice up an apple and pear pretty thinly, then place on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle with a little bit of cinnamon and sugar and bake at a high temp to dry out. Sooo yummy!

Vanilla yogurt with some blueberries, an apple, a banana, handful of dry oatmeal, something along those lines. The commas separate a snack to be had on each day, not all in one snack. ;-)
