My Boyfriend dumped me last month and yesterday I found out I might be losing my Job because the company is downsizing . I know there's a saying that "god does not give any more than you can Handle" I wish he didn't have so much confidence in me" It reallly is getting to point that I fell like I'm going to crack . Any Advise would be welcome

I went through a period like that years ago, and did lose my job due to downsizing. I was out of work for a few months and felt my life was over. Then I got an excellent job making far more money and met my husband on the job. Sometimes when one door closes another opens. Good luck!

Because when you are upset/depressed, you start viewing all the bad things in your life and not all the good points. So say like a car drove past you and splashed you with dirty water. If you were with your friends and were in a brilliant mood- you'd see the funny side. But if your in a state and everythings going wrong- you see it as another thing to add to your list.
