I don't see where he's done anything wrong, that's for sure. As far as I know, a teacher isn't required to use schoolnotes. Therefore, he doesn't have to fill the page with various things if he doesn't want to. Maybe he has an alternative method. I'd think if he's really teaching his students, he's too busy to worry about updating some web site all the time. More power to him!!

You can't tell a darned thing about this teacher's "performance" from this website. Schoolnotes is a place for teachers to post assignments so both students and parents can access it from home. It's not intended to be a place through which to judge teacher performance.
