Unfortunately, the problem is complicated by the HUGE number of illegal immigrants. It's pretty easy to say that they should stay out or that we should round them up and ship them home. But with thousands of miles of unprotected border and millions of illegals already in this country the practicalities of doing so are a bit of a logistical nightmare.
As for me, I fully support the border fence that has been proposed. Further, I believe we should close the loophole that grants automatic citizenship to any baby that happens to fall out of their mother on American soil.

Because our form of government is a democracy and neither Arnold nor George have the authority nor the power to make those decisions on their own.....the political process has to work...contact your state and federal legislators...

Good question, maybe there should be an inquiry into his personal immigration history.
Wouldn't that be hilarious..if the gov'ner was illegal? Certainly appropriate for the state of CA!

Arnold want to keep his cheap labor. He doesn't want to pay alot for someone to clean his home or to landscape his house. The people of Ca. need to get rid of him. He is allowing more crime because of this too

Too many of us (legal hard working Americans) not taking action and getting our message heard. I almost agree with Dr. Randall, but not quit sure the time is here yet.

Hey this is our country (Americans) lets take things into our own hands and have a Revolution. We havent had a good revolution in far too long. Lets clean house and get rid of all the Illegals. lets stand up for what is American and refuse to allow the virus of Illegal alliens to multiply and grow. the Gov clearly isnt going to do anything. what do they care, they will just vote themselves another raise.

It isn't up to George. George doesn't make the laws. Congress makes the laws. If Congress/House can't figure out the immigrant thing the states are obligated to "cover" while the Fed figures it out. US Government 101. BTW IMO they should separate the guest worker law from the citizen law to help make the immigrants legal to work (and track them) while we figure out the citizenship thing.
