I had a boyfriend who I called papi, and all them cute things but for some reason he wants to see other girls.. it's like why? Am I like not to pretty enough, or what? Cause from what I know I am a pretty wild, crazy, and kinky girl..so this sucks superb bad!

Maybe you turned out to be more woman than he could handle. Maybe he thinks its time to spread his wings and teach other women how to love/make love as you do. Sometimes cute and wild don't clash.
