That's like asking "has your ability to see the world around you totally blinded you from seeing the inside of a blindfold?".
Atheists understand the natural world better than you do. Atheists understand religion better than you do. Atheists understand spirituality better than you do. We've been where you are, and we rejected it. You have never been where we are.
On top of that, the "what they believe is logic" line is simply dishonest. Atheists believe it's logic because it IS logic. It doesn't take more than a few minutes here to see that it is the believers whose grasp of logic is woefully missing. You can deny that - but if you do, you're just saying "I'm willing to shamelessly lie for my beliefs", which of course doesn't reflect well on your beliefs.

Pride can affect an Atheist or a Christian. I see just as many Christians spout their prideful arrogance--the caveat being that thier Bible preaches against pride.
What is wrong with being intellectual and adhering to logic? As opposed to blind faith? Which is more dangerous? Questioning what you are forced to accept as reality (or else), or following blindly something that may or may not lead you off a cliff?
And I can't stand when an Atheist is automatically assumed to be non-spiritual. Many of the latter forms of that definition define spirituality even with the lack of religion. You don't have to believe in God to be spiritual. You can believe in the human spirit or nature and that is still spiritual.

We are not blind, our eyes are wide open. Show us a Spirit and we will believe. The whole point behind science is the progressive realization of ignorance that leads to learning. If I don't know how Chemical X and Chemical Y react together, then, through carefully controlled research, I can learn. If I never questioned what would happen with X & Y coming together, I'd never learn.
So.
I am fully willing and ready to consider any and all evidence. What do you have to show me?

It's a paradox that some Christians should think that a person can become *too intelligent* to believe in "God" or to be a Christian. I think such a notion is very revealing in terms of the low regard with which Christians like these subconsciously hold their religion.

The simple answer is that Satan has blinded them.
Satan gives people whatever they most want in order to keep them from God. One thing that people want is to feel intellectually superior, that they're too smart for God, that they're smarter than other people...and so, sure, the devil fans the flames of their personal vanity to keep them from God.
This isn't my theory. This has been my experience. I was way too intelligent to believe in God.
I pity who I used to be, and I have gratitude that God saved me despite my years of denying him.

For the wisdom of this world is foolishness to God. As the Scriptures say, "God catches those who think they are wise in their own cleverness."
