How is he suppose to like her "personality" when all he sees is "T & A"? And to be honest, we do like it. But, If she has to keep re-directing his gaze from the huge implants popping out of her over-stuffed blouse, is he to blame?

He may not chose her for her personality, but it's going to have to be good enough that it doesn't ruin the pleasantness of the other "assets." Who cares about blame. As long as you get what you want :)

She obviously just likes to get attention. If she has implants, she has enough issues already. Guys are not to blame. The human race depends on men looking at women. We have to. Women look at men too, but they are more subtle. Men tend to go a little overboard sometimes. But that is what the sexual revolution was all about. If women want to dress a certain way, that is their choice, but they need to realize the message they might be sending to men who they might want to also take them seriously as an equal. Unfortunately looking cheap will get you treated like you are cheap in our society.

You see this a lot, where women dress and act provocatively and then complain that men don't take her seriously. It is usually because she truly believes that the T&A is all she has to offer. It is low self esteem of a different kind.
She knows that men are attracted to her body so she shows it off, but what she really wants is for someone to overlook her body and see her instead. It is very sad.

Some women are insecure about their personalities and dress in a provocative manner because they need to feel good about themselves (and by concentrating on their exterior, they need not be reminded of their interior which may need some working on). I really think it's as simple as that.
The idea "if you've got it, flaunt it" doesn't appeal to me (I'm a woman, by the way). I think it's inappropriate to let it all hang out unless you're at the beach, in the bedroom, or at home among friends. A woman's tendency to do this suggests insecurity.

LOL. I see this all the time but as a woman I can say for the most part we know that guys are interested in one thing but on the flipside...when we dress all seductive/slutty like that-its not always for you. It makes us feel sexy to see guys look at us and girls jealous of us. It's not like we're flaunting it on purpose and dangling ourselves in front of you saying "you can't have me jackass!!!!"
Teases are girls that get you all sexually charged up and do things sexually with you but don't have sex or go any further with you.

i think that a woman can be dressed in anything and the man wouldn't pay attention to personaility just whats under the clothes no one is to blame its just the way men are and women should be able to dress however they want

Not really. Women like to feel attractive and show off their pretties. That way they take all the attention from all the other bland looking chicks.
