Key Lime Pie on a prepared graham cracker crust. Just throw away the tin the crust comes in! Keep the pie in the cooler with the beer until ready to serve! :-)

A couple of ideas:
Individual apple cobblers, would be different, easy and no mess.
In those throw away plastic glasses, fill to half, with apple pie filling, topping it with a good quality granola and bring along a can of whip cream so you can top it just before serving. Just bring napkins and a spoon. Yummy...(you could also do this using pudding i.e. a vanilla wafer cookie on the bottom, then pudding on top, whip cream, and a cherry!)

Nothing beats brownies _ more festive than cookies, easier to eat than cake (no plates or forks). If you want to take it up a notch, try cup cakes, with frosting the team colors.
