Hi Carol!
While everybody is different I would estimate around 10 pounds, if you are truly fasting for two weeks and adding exercise. Don't go below 10% body fat or you start to put your body at risk.
I believe this answers your question, but if not, you may email me.
Good luck on your diet and fitness goals!

Losing the weight and keeping it off are two different beast. The people I know that have tried fasting/starvation diets lost up to about 24/25 lbs in a month. But they gained it back plus about 5-7lbs more within that next 6 weeks.
Sorry....maybe u'll be different.

Every book I read on fasting says to not exercise except maybe gentle yoga or just stretching. Sure you'll lose weight but you'll eat up your lean muscle which is the worst thing you can do to your body (remember your heart is a muscle!). And you'll slow your metabolism way down which will make you regain the weight when you go back to eating. You need to eat, even if it's just a little, if you are working out.

STOP FASTING!!! Your body is probably already in starvation mode, which means it is greedily hanging on to every last bit of body fat you have and burning the tissue that takes the most energy to maintain (muscle) for fuel. If you're a teenager or in your early 20's, you're also putting yourself at risk of becoming anorexic. You will NOT achieve the results you want by fasting. You'll end up with almost all your body fat but a lot less muscle, which means you'll be a lot weaker (you probably are already). Keep up with the water intake and exercise, but eat a sensible diet with plenty of whole grains, lean meats, fresh fruits and vegetables, and lowfat dairy products. Trust me on this one: There is a VERY GOOD chance that you will cause permanent damage to your body if you keep fasting.

Fasting is not a good thing to do for any reason.
The problem with it is that, once you STOP fasting, your body is just going to start "storing for the winter"
safe weight loss is 1-2lbs a week.
13lbs in one week is probably a lot of water weight, however.
You should eat something. - Negative calorie foods (celery, lettuce) at the very least with a 0 calorie (or reduced calorie) dressing or something.
Even if you are only taking in 500 calories, it's going to be a LOT SAFER for you than fasting.
You could kill yourself. I'm not kidding.
LOok at her other posts. She is already having health problems because of this ("my tongue is white")
Look at it this way, honey.
you are 25% dead already.
30 days without food = death.

Have you lost your mind? You are right, it is not healthy! Water, a vit. and a potassium pill are not enough. I would not advise you to continue doing it that way. The exercise part is wonderful but you dont need to fast any longer. Eat healthy and exercise!!

If you are fasting primarily to lose weight then you are anorexic and should start eating again. Start with steamed veggies, fresh fruit, and brown rice poridge (one part rice to 5-6 parts water).
Then add some oils and protein, fish or eggs are great for this.
Breaking the fast is the most important part of the fast.
