It's either Cream Cheese or Sour Cream on the bottom. But I'm pretty sure it's cream cheese. Look at the Gold Star Chili website , I'm sure the recipe will be on there. It's easy and cheap, and the BEST DIP EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hands down Lipton Onion Soup mix Dip for regular chips. Salsa or guacamole for tortilla chips and Mexican bean dip for corn chips.

The Uk is so backward when it comes to dips, I have never heard of French Onion dip. I like sour cream and chive, garlic and onion and thousand island dressing.

I am really surprised that french onion is winning here. There is only one and that Is Philadelphia Salmon. The rest are for kids.
