Yup. I think they do. Once they fall in love with someone who treats them the same way that they've been treating others.

I think you shouldn't waste time on someone who refuses to commit. You could miss the opportunity to find someone who will love you as much as you love them, and wants to marry you as much as you'd like to marry them.
You can't make somebody love you. You should expect them to respect your dreams, and feelings, and if they don't they aren't afraid of commitment, they just don't love YOU.
