Here you go. I use this recipe all the time & everyone loves it & its easy to make.

CHOCOLATE SURPRISE CAKE

12 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1 chocolate cake mix
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 t. vanilla

Heat oven to 350. Grease and flour a 12-cup bundt pan.

In a small mixing bowl using an electirc mixer, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add egg and vanilla, beat until belended and creamy and set aside.

Prepare cake as label directs. Pour cake batter into prepared bundt pan and evenly cover with cream cheese mixture.

Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 45 to 55 minutes.

Cool an wire rack for 25 minutes.
**Remove from pan & cool completely. Then dust with powdered sugar.

*** Instead of dusting with the powdered sugar, I use EASY CHOCOLATE ICING instead. It makes the cake richer and moister. Pour it over the cake as soon as you remove it from the pan, DON'T wait for the cake to cool completely.

EASY CHOCOLATE ICINIG

1 cup sugar
1/4 stick margarine
1/3 cup milk
1 t. vanilla

In a heavy saucepan, cook above ingredients on the stove until it comes to a rolling boil. Time for 1 minute at a rolling boil.

Remove from heat and add 1/2 cup chocolate chips and beat until smooth and creamy.

Pour over cake immediately.
