you will probably find all fruits and vegetables to be gaseous if there is already fermentation in your stomach and intestinal tract what i suggest is that upon rising in the mornings that you drink a glass of water with the juice of half a lemon do this each and every morning and see if you get good results

brocolli is very gassy and so is cabbage.sometimes potatoes can be gassy too. Asparagus, carrots, beans are not gassy. As for fruits they are more acidic than gassy. too much fruit is bad for you anyway. Most fruits are fine.
