Ugh, these people are trying to kill you with their answers....what are you trying to gain weight for? To get big and muscly? Or is it because your too thin that its unhealthy? Im sure you would still like to be healthy without clogging up your arteries and giving yourself a heart attack, right? I suggest eating many foods that are high in carbohydrates. Drink a weight gainer shake 1 or 2 times a day....preferrably banana because it slows your metabolism. Just eat twice as much as you would normally eat. Don't do a whole lot of cardio because you'll burn what you are trying to gain. Go for weight training at the gym. Check out the Vitamin Shoppe or GNC. Someone can advise you there. How bout you take some vitamins and more nutrients that your body may be lacking. The trick is to take in more calories than you burn. Stay healthy but eat more pasta, rice, proteins....Good Luck....Have a nice day...

To gain weight, you must consume more calories then you burn each day. first count how many calories you consume each day. the next day start consuming 500 more calories then you usually do. Most dietitians suggest consuming about 3,000 calories a day in order to gain weight.
Eat several meals a day. However, don't eat fat oily foods and fastfood...you want to gain weight not fat...eat foods with high protien..like tunafish,eggs, beans, turkey,chicken,fuits,and vegetables.
Also, sign up for a gym and start doing some light weight lifting...weigh lifting will increase you muscle mass and you will weigh more and look better. and drink lots of water. hope i helped and good luck : )

if you want to gain weight...the healthy way....you need to increase the amount of calories you take in. eat a lot of carbs and you should still exercise....but you neeed to taking in more calories than you burn. try to reach more than 3000 calories a day..it is not good to either gain or lose weight quickly you have to do it gradually to be healthy. also...contact a nutrionist if possible.

eat and eat and eat specially the sweet and oil stuff but not too much becoz it's disutility on your health and you are lucky to ask about gain weight becoz all the people ask to loss weight and my last tip eat 2000 calories at least every day
