There is actually people writing books about this right now. The point is that the US style Halloween commemoration is been imported by some Spanish speaking countries. I have actually heard children saying: TRIK TRIK and asking for candies.
Since the number of people speaking Spanish is very large, several hundreds of millions, it will vary from culture to culture. For instance in Puerto Rico it is "dame chavos no mani no te escondas que te vi en la casa de pepin" and "feliz dias de las brujas" or even "feliz halloween".

Trick or treat = Dulce o travesura
but we really say = "Noche de brujas halloween" so the people come out of the house and give us candy. This is in Monterrey, Mexico, in another states of mexico they say it differently.
Happy Halloween= Feliz Dia de Brujas or Feliz noche de Brujas
Or we just say Feliz Halloweeen
