I'm with Beez - Just say the words,
you don't need to be "creative."
You wouldn't want somebody
to be creative with YOU, so
"do unto others as you would
have them do unto you."

I don't think the situation necessarily calls for creativity - unless there are extenuating circumstances you haven't shared (the guy's been behaving oddly, mysteriously, inappropriately, thoughtlessly, etc.).
If you feel you must be creative, then I like PATRICK L's answer, with one slight modification. If your bf believes you're a nympho, he might want to become part of your rotation (hey, he might not have a problem with being "demoted" to no-strings-attached sex [plenty of guys would consider this a bonus]). You should say that you need to sleep with 4 or 5 new guys a week, and you don't want to repeat any!

Tell him you've become a nympho, That you'll be needing to sleep with at least 4 to 5 new men a week, then ask if that'll be ok. If he says yes. He has some real issues.

Honey, I've got an appointment to fly with NASA, into space this afternoon, I don't think I'll be home for at least another three lightyears. Don't bother waiting for me, we might not make it back.

You ask him to come over and you give all the possible reasons that you want to brake up and it's up to you if you want to stay friends or not.

Just tell him the relationship isn't working. That way, you're not placing blame.
