Yes I have. At least that was what i think it was. No other explanation. I was sleeping over in an empty scout hut with a friend of mine called Steve. I awoke in the middle of the night to see a stationary man sized, white, see-through mist hovering over Steve. He was still asleep. This spectar was hovering about a foot above the ground. As I saw it, it immediately fled by gliding backwards towards the corner of the room were it disappeared. I was so shocked I got up with my torch and went to the corner of the room to investigate. There was nothing there except a store for chairs. There was no exit from this area and I have no other explanation than I had seen a ghost. When I told Steve the next morning he wasn't even shocked. He told me it would have been the ghost of the former scout leader. Apparently, he had been a good friend of Steves and Steve claimed he would have just been watching over him in his sleep. Spooky I know. And i didn't even believe in ghosts until I had this experience. Strangely, the experience wasn't at all scary just really mysterious.

I used to have a ghost friend that played with when I was little( until I was 11, when we moved out of the house). I still remember what he looked like.

I thought I saw one once, but it turned out to be a piece of string caught round a plant and attached to my dog's tail.
I don't believe in ghosts, I find that if you investigate, it's usually a trick of overactive imagination

Yes i had a strange experience once when i was staying in an old Victorian building in Ireland a few years ago. Very odd.

I always end up working in haunted places which is weird- its like im drawn to them but apparently lots of my ancestors were mediums and "a bit funny" as my mother likes to put it!

could be, i saw somebody behind me one night on a window reflection, got scared to death and sence i try not to look at window reflections at night.
