at the most of the case you aren't fat and ugly(that is what you think).other people thinks that you are beautiful.face and body aren't the most important things in the world.the most important thing who are you like a person.are you good ,are you always laughing......don't worry about it....beauty doesn't exist . people different see you ....so be happy!!!!!!

Well, it's good you know that you are not fat and ugly. So to stop feeling that way, look around you, and if u see any fat and ugly people, you just got to say to yourself "Thank god, I'm not like that!" IT's a very mean thought but it helps....and don't you ever say it loud for that poor soul to hear it!!

I lost 70 pounds from 230 down to 160. I still feel fat and ugly, even though my BF says every day how beautiful I am.

well the first step in anything is admittion. You've gotten past that now just hold your head up and sell yourself: "im not fat, im not ugly, I'm healthy and pretty" If that doesn't work then you should probably see someone like a therapist...they really can help you with self image issues.

Everyone has parts about themselves that they don't like. The trick is really knowing who you are on the inside and becoming more comfortable with yourself on the outside. If you think you are fat, do something to change it, exercise and diet. Start taking care of yourself and you will start feeling better about who you are because of the work you are putting into it.

look in the mirror. what do you see? a fat and ugly person? heck no! you see a pretty, young, wonderful person hidden behind bad self esteem! get rid of that bad self esteem by recognizing what your good points are- yes, you have more than one!

Dont know sweets! I've been working on that for the greater part of my life. I think its normal for most girls to always feel inadequate. I know I do.
