Go back to the nurse. Is it still bleeding? If not clean it real good and use neosporin or another anti bacterial cream. If it's still bleeding the nurse should be able to tell if it needs stiches. If she's still not much help, call your parents.

The nurse should have antibiotics, or at least medication and should have bound the wound with a compress. That stops bleeding, but infection is probable. If it is bleeding profusely, call your parents and see a doctor.
You may need stitches.

put pressure on it and go to your princepal's office tell them what happened and call you mom. you might need to go to the hospital. what did they nurse do if anything for you?
