well im 12 and hes 36 and we are bf/gf and we've gone out on a few dates but now that my mom found out he is my boyfriend she wont let me date him anymore! help!

Umm you two are really pushing the boundaries of the "age doesn't matter concept" :) Depending on where you live, dating someone of that age could be dangerous for him because it may be a crime. If that isn't a problem, then you just have to arrange ways to see him so that your mom doesn't know. Start studying more at the library, and that sort of thing :). Just avoid any lie in which you can easily be caught. So don't tell your mom that you are with a friend when you are actually with him. Tell her that you are alone. Or you can go to parties, and leave very early and go out with him for the rest of the evening. If it's a large party, you can always say to your mom that you didn't run into anyone there other than the people you saw for the short time you actually were there.

Your Mom is right.You are too young. First grow up and then date.In any case 12 year old girl can go out with a 14 year old boy and not 36.

Well duh..you are just a 12 year old kid and he is a 36 year old man. If you were like 16 or 17 and your boyfriend was like in his early 20s thats one thing, but this man is trouble. He is even too old for me, and I'm legal. Of course you can't date him. And if you mom wanted to he would be in jail for rape.

If this isn't a joke, which I will assume it is not, then the reason your mom won't let you date your boyfriend is because he is a predator. A thirty six year old should not have a romantic relationship with someone of non-consentual age. It's not even the age difference, which is substantial, but rather the criminal nature of you two being together.

you are to young and he is old enough to be your dad. I agree with your mom, sorry. he should be dating people his age. if he sleeps with you, your mother can take him to court and have him put in jail for rape. what is he doing with a 12 year old in the first place. he may be a sex offender get away as fast as you can from him. and by the way a 12 year old is to young to be dating anyway
