I love my religion because it is simple.
Because I look outside and see PHYSICAL PROOF that it is there.
Because the creation of life is praised, and the destruction of life is looked down apon, and this makes sense.
because there is no book telling me that I live my life wrong.
There is no God to love or fear, just Nature and what she provides.
Because I know that I can survive if I get lost in Nature.
Because it is not a widely followed relgion, and thus it has no misunderstandings other than all gods are the same god.
I love my religion because it is simple.
I believe in Nature.

No religion is the correct one, and all religions have got it wrong, so I don't love any of them, and here's why.
There are many major religions in the world, such as Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, Sikhism, Judaism, and so on. Within each major religion there can also be many minor religions. For example, within Christianity there is Catholic, Protestant, Anglican and so on. Within Islam there is Shiite, Sunni etc.
In summary there are many hundreds of different religions in the world all with their devoted believers and followers. Talk to any devout religious person and they will almost emphatically insist that their religion is the right one, it’s fact, and any non-believer is doomed.
Commonsense and logic would suggest that if there was any truthful or factual basis to religion, then only one of these religions could be correct, not all of them. However, in my view, it’s highly unlikely that any of these man-made religions bear any resemblance to fact or the truth, and are more likely to be the result of simplistic human intelligence looking for an escape from reality.

Hi. Yes I do, although it is a very, very small religion I suppose. We are the people who still believe in the ancient Gods of Egypt. We have kept this same faith in our families for thousands of years. We maintain the ancient language, rituals and prayers. I am named for the Great Goddess, Isis, in whose Temple I live here on a small island far from the rest of the world. We think the other religions are a too new to be true, so we stay to ourselves and pray to Great Isis to help all people find Her. I will light some incense before her statue today and ask the Gods to bless you for your curiosity.

My first reaction was "No, I don't love my religion, I love my Savior"...but Dr. Randall beat me to it!
Nor do I dislike my religion. But Jesus never said "Form great big organizations to create rules of faith and divide over minor issues so that you look weak to the world"
He said simply, "Follow me."
So although I feel that believers belong in a family of faith, and to get that you need to regularly attend worship with a group of believers, it's not the religion we love. It's God we love, and His Son, Jesus.
Religion is simply the flawed framework we put around our faith in an effort to work together. I could not start a mission to build houses or feed the needy. But my church has done both of these, and for that I am thankful.

It's not my religion I love, it's God, Jesus and the Virgin Mary. I feel you need to find the right assembly to find peace with God. I attend a worship service where you are told to come dressed as you would on any other day(not made up) and my pastor reads the bible with everyday experiences so you can understand the bible.

I do and because it allows me to be a free-thinker and be open-minded. I do not have to win souls for my God, because I think we are all on the 'right' path in our own different ways.
It encourages me because it confirms that most of what I have believed all along was true. (At least to me, personally.)
It has allowed me to gain a better understanding of the Divine, and the nature of the Universe and mankind as a whole. I am blessed in my life, and although I do not shove my beliefs down people's throats, I am always excited when people ask me about them. I love being who and what I am, and being able to share that with others. :-)

Yeah, I do, it's a strict religion as far as rules go but it gives me peace inside. I could never imagine being at peace with myself being anything else.
