I walked up the stairs to the 9th floor where I work. While driving in I did some simple arm exercises with a dumbbell. When I get home I will go for a 1/2 hour walk.

Swimming is an exceptional exercise and has causes the least amount of strain on your joints. I swim every single day at lunch for a half hour. This may not work for everyone as I have short hair and it's not a problem for me. However, swimming right after work for a half hour is a great way to tone yourself as well as increase your energy level. I would definitely learn the strokes and techniques. Plus it's inexpensive and doesn't require a lot of prep work that would cause you to lose interest.

i went to the track and did 10 laps 5 sprinting and 5 jogging. I went then to the pool and swam 2 miles and now i am feeling good. i've lost 55 pounds since i started 6 moths ago and went from 34BMI (size 12) to 24BMI (size 4). You should try swimming too my bff started when she turned 40 and now swims at competitions.

I haven't worked out yet today but I will tonight when my trainer comes over. I usually try to work out six nights a week for at least an hour. I've lost 22 lbs. since last year and am in the best shape of my life.

I do an 1hr to 1hr and 30 minutes of yoga a day, and I walk 2 to 3 miles a day.

not yet , but i go to the wellness center at 11 and stay for 1 hour doing diff rent machines including 25 min on the tread mill i dothis 3 times a week and lift weights 2 times a week

Swimming is the best excercise for you. So learn it quick.
But you sound fine just as it is.
I'm still in bed. But i do like to do a lot of exercise.
