well to view the website you can use any browser.
if you want to download all the pages and images of the website - there is a program called DownloadStudio (i believe, if not just contact me, and i'll find the correct name). Anyway it lets you download what ever you want of the site. It even allows you to search for stuff on the site.....

go to tools in Ur browser and press synchronize button.
then all the web site would be save on Ur hard drive.
